Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, growth areas, and potential investment opportunities within the real estate sector.

Assist in the creation of financial models, including cash flow projections, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and sensitivity analyses for potential real estate investments.

Support the due diligence process by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data on properties, markets, and potential risks.

Collaborate with the team to assess property values using comparable sales, income capitalization, and cost methods.

Assist in tracking the performance of existing investments, updating financial models, and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders.

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and investors.

Work closely with senior analysts, acquisition managers, and other team members on a variety of projects to support the firm’s goals.
