Responsibilities

Assist with payroll processes for US administrative support staff.

Assist in the recruitment process for US administrative support staff.

Assist with the onboarding process for US investment banking new hires.

Act as a liaison with tech support teams to coordinate US new hire set up.

Assist with day-to-day operations in Investment banking.

Identify and coordinate training needs for new hire support staff.

Prepare staffing reports for administrative SVP.

Provide general administrative support to the administration team.
