Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing capital-raising strategies.
Research and map the investor landscape to identify prospective funding sources.
Support the preparation of investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and market analyses.
Conduct in-depth research on potential investors and their investment criteria.
Draft outreach materials and coordinate investor communications.
Help maintain strong investor relationships through timely updates and well-structured follow-ups.
Monitor deal progress, maintain organized transaction logs, and prepare periodic status reports.
Ensure transparency and alignment among team members, clients, and investors throughout the fundraising process.
Proactively identify potential challenges and bring insights and recommendations to senior team members.

Required
1–3 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related financial services role.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience with capital-raising or corporate finance transactions is a plus.
Progress toward CFA or other certifications is a plus.
