Responsibilities

Provides support to senior bankers.

Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.

Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.

Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis.

Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
