Responsibilities
Design and execute tailored capital-raising strategies in collaboration with senior team members.
Identify and engage with relevant investors, ensuring wide distribution and visibility for deals.
Lead the execution of fundraising processes, meeting milestones and ensuring successful deal closure.
Conduct in-depth research on potential investors and craft targeted outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing timely updates and facilitating due diligence.
Expand and nurture Evvolve’s investor network to support future transactions.
Monitor deal progress and prepare concise updates for senior team members and clients.
Ensure transparency and alignment between all parties throughout the fundraising process.
Proactively address challenges to keep transactions on track and deliver exceptional results.

Required
2–4 years in equity financing, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a proven track record of managing fundraising processes.
Strong communication skills, investor presentation skills, and personal initiative, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
Preferred
Advanced degrees or CFA certification are a plus.
