Responsibilities
Develop and implement capital-raising strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
Identify and engage relevant investors to support client fundraising efforts.
Oversee transaction timelines, ensuring milestones are met and processes remain on track.
Conduct research to identify and qualify potential investors.
Build and maintain investor relationships, providing timely updates and managing due diligence processes.
Support the expansion of the firm’s investor network for current and future deals.
Monitor deal progress and prepare updates for senior team members and clients.
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders throughout the fundraising process.
Address challenges proactively to ensure seamless execution.

Required
2–4 years in equity financing, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with experience managing fundraising or transaction processes.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
Preferred
CFA or advanced degree is a plus.
