Responsibilities
Reconcile client holdings to ensure all portfolios are accurate for trading
Ensure reference data for client investments are accurate and reflect current trading terms
Work on process improvements to improve the operational workflow of the team
Maintain meticulous documentation of all activity for each client portfolio for activities assigned to you
Assist the OCIO Team in special projects as needed

Required
1-3 years of related experience
Highly detail-oriented
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Highly advanced EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint skills
College degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in portfolio accounting and order management systems
Some experience in investments at a consulting firm, asset manager or custodian
Demonstrated curiosity to learn
Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in being part of a fast-growing team
