Responsibilities
Cold call, direct mail, and network with sellers and investors. You’ve got to be comfortable picking up the phone and knocking on doors. If you’re not ready to hear “no” 100 times before landing a deal, don’t waste our time.
Work with investors to find, analyze, and negotiate deals. You’ll be helping investors find opportunities, analyzing deals, and making offers. If you’re not comfortable getting your hands dirty with numbers, offers, and negotiations, don’t apply.
Show up to meetups, host events, and build your network. We don’t want someone who just goes to meetups and listens to other people talk. Get involved, host events, and grow your network—investing is all about relationships.
Manage uncomfortable situations with sellers, contractors, and the messy side of real estate. Whether you’re talking to a seller in distress, a contractor who’s blowing you off, or dealing with the mess of a property, you need to handle it. It’s not pretty, but it’s real estate.

Required
You’ve worked with or are an investor yourself. You’ve bought properties, negotiated deals, and know the ins and outs of real estate investing. You don’t need to be a pro, but you should understand the basics and be hungry to learn more.
You are not easily walked over. This job isn’t for the passive type. You need to be decisive, assertive, and ready to take charge of situations. Investors move quickly, and you need to keep up.
You can handle rejection and uncomfortable situations. You’ll face rejection, frustrating conversations, and difficult people. If you’re not okay with being uncomfortable, this job isn’t for you.
You’ve got hustle and a no-quit attitude. Real estate is a grind, and you need to love the hustle. If you’re not ready to keep pushing when things get tough, don’t apply.
You’re comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Investing isn’t for the faint of heart, and neither is this job. If you thrive under pressure and are ready to dive into the mess, we want you.
