Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining open lines of communication.

Develop and distribute investor communications, tax elections, and other relevant materials.

Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.

Establish, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, fostering trust and confidence in the company's performance and strategic direction.

Prepare and analyze financial and operational data to support investor reporting and decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and HR, to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of investor communication and reporting.

Perform other duties, as needed.
