Responsibilities
Research and evaluate potential new Limited Partners (LPs) who share UP.Partners’ vision for transforming global mobility.
Collaborate on technology-driven improvements to optimize investor relations workflows, database management, and internal reporting systems.
Maintain and refine our investor relations database to ensure seamless fundraising and communication efforts.
Support the creation of compelling investor materials and assist in executing strategic relationship-building initiatives.
Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to shape investor outreach strategies.

Required
Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or a related field.
A proactive mindset for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
A demonstrated interest in venture capital, innovation, and mobility.
A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Exposure to financial analysis, market research, or investor engagement is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems, data visualization tools, or process automation is a plus.
