Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to investor leads via email, phone, and Zoom to establish rapport and discuss investment opportunities
Conduct follow-up communication and manage investor inquiries
Arrange and, when necessary, attend in-person meetings with investors to deepen relationships and enhance trust
Stay informed about our latest offerings to effectively present opportunities that align with investor objectives

Required
5+ years of experience in real estate investor relations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex financial opportunities in a clear, engaging manner
