Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for our angel round and beyond.
Investor Engagement: Identify, reach out to, and engage with key investors including VCs, angel investors, and institutional partners.
Investment Materials: Craft compelling, data-driven investment materials including financial reports and pitch decks.
Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, keeping them updated on our progress and milestones.
Communication Facilitation: Coordinate meetings and communications between the leadership team and potential investors, ensuring smooth and timely interactions.
Outreach Management: Track and manage investor outreach, optimizing engagement and follow-up to maximize fundraising success.

Required

Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or digital assets.
Established network of angel investors, venture capitalists, or institutional investors.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial and technical information.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple investor relationships and streamline outreach processes.
Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
