Responsibilities
Provide a high level of specialized support to our members who are seeking to find an agent or lender
Communicate with investors directly via SMS.
Schedule and take calls with BiggerPockets members
Naturally engage with investors and learn about their strategies and market
Document detailed notes for following up
Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls

Required
At least 2 years of work experience - preferably in a customer service or a communications environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software.
Preferred
Experience in Real Estate preferred
A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed.
