Responsibilities
Tracking printer fleets from contract signature through end of contract term (ordering hardware, adding hardware to billing system, making changes to locations as needed, initiating leases)
Ensuring compliance to contractual agreements
Generating monthly billing invoices and invoice detail reports

Required
Minimum High School education or equivalent
Must be comfortable training and working in a remote environment
Must have a quiet place to work with high speed internet (no hot spots or cell phones)
Minimum 2 years experience managing contract agreements, invoices, and compliance
Must have SAP experience
Must have billing experience
Needs to be detail oriented and deadline driven
Experience using MS Office suite especially with Excel
Experience in the Computer Industry is required
Microsoft Excel: 3 years

SAP: 1 year
billing: 1 year
Computer Industry: 1 year
