J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar (Registration to practice before the USPTO is a bonus)
5 plus years of patent prosecution experience with a Biotechnology background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Excellent undergrad and law school academic record
Passion for prosecution work
