Responsibilities

Conduct business requirements analysis sessions with IRS stakeholders to define the needs and

Document and prioritize these requirements in a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure alignment with IRS goals. RTM updates will be delivered quarterly.

Analyze current processes and provide detailed process improvement recommendations to align with the Program objectives. This analysis will be delivered monthly.

Facilitate daily, weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and adjust the project plan as needed.

Prepare and submit a bi-weekly stakeholder feedback report detailing the input from stakeholders and how it impacts the project’s direction.

Submit weekly status reports that summarize completed tasks, ongoing work, risks, and issues.

Required

Must be a US citizen or 3-year green card holder. No exceptions.

Must have completed a 4 year college degree in Business or Technology.

Must be able to work remotely starting at 9am EDT.

Must be able to obtain a US Treasury Government Security Clearance (MBI) which is a tax compliance (taxes paid on time) and a criminal investigation (no felonies).

Must be willing to be an independent contractor (1099) at a rate of $55/hour.

Full-time job 8-hour work days and 40-hour work weeks.
