IT- Senior Web Business System Analyst

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AEM functional and non-functional requirements.
Identify both basic and ancillary discrepancies and conflicts in application(s) requirements.
Facilitate acceptance testing by end users to ensure appropriate standards are met and successful deployment validation is completed.
Partner with Product Manager to develop and document requirements using use cases, scenarios, complex and perhaps conflicting business workflow analyses.
Decompose high-level information into detailed user stories and abstract up from low-level information to detailed understanding of business needs.
Train and support business users on AEM solutions
Work with QA to define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, security, and system performance.
Study and documentation of existing applications
Establishing yourself as the functional SME providing support for our Digital Web systems

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field along with 5+ years of experience as an AEM Business Analyst (preferably AEM on Cloud)
Experience with and understanding of web-based concepts/processes, automated testing tools and testing procedures
Good knowledge of AEM, Adobe target, JIRA, Confluence, Brightcove, Adobe Analytics, Akamai
Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies along with experience in Agile/Scrum
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting
Preferred
Highly recommend to have working knowledge of other marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, MCE etc.
