Responsibilities

Maintain, upgrade, and manage hardware, software, and networks.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficiency and security.

Install and configure computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.

Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.

Implement security measures, such as antivirus, firewalls, and backups.

Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet IT needs.

Maintain IT documentation, including network configurations and user manuals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding IT.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, and security.

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools (e.g., VMware).

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Federal Experience is a plus.
