Responsibilities
Work with representatives in each district of the Federal Reserve System to build relationships, understand the business and technology needs, and recommend process improvements and sustainable solutions.
Proactively review the team agility assessments to identify issues, make recommendations, and provide guidance to district representatives, agile teams, and business areas.
Provide ongoing support and user assistance, including training, for developed solutions. Works with business areas and outside vendors to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Provide data analysis and reporting for districts and organizational leaders.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5+ years of experience working directly with leadership, in an agile environment.
Ability to think strategically and plan effectively, including initiative and foresight to anticipate the evolving needs of System IT, particularly with respect to team agility.
Experience working with and on Agile Teams
Agile certification
Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint and Confluence.
Preferred
Agility Health experience a plus.
