Responsibilities
Perform daily operational activities impacting IT functions, including Security, Planning & Analysis, Strategy, and Operations
Conduct deep dive analyses to study key area trends and develop programs to enhance consumer awareness and market share
Analyze performance against departmental objectives and recommend innovative options to drive business strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external peers to achieve strategic goals
Prepare documentation and communication to facilitate the resolution of problems and roadblocks

Required
Bachelor's degree OR High school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in Finance, IT, Strategy, Analytics, and/or Operations
Proven experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all organizational levels and with vendors
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Finance, IT, Strategy, Analytics, and/or Operations OR High school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in the same fields
Master’s Degree or MBA
Knowledge of project management principles and experience managing resources for project completion
Familiarity with P&L management
Experience working in the IT industry
