Responsibilities

Responsible for design, modification and maintenance support of EpicCare Ambulatory as well as other ancillary modules or technology necessary to support Ambulatory Outpatient Services and Service Lines.

Additional support may include other specialty-specific or ancillary modules, integrations and/or technologies.

Responsible for implementing and supporting designated software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

Works with users to apply system functionality to production practices.

Develops reports to meet users requirements.

Develops operational procedures and test software.
