Responsibilities
Provide support for systems, processes, and customers and respond promptly to incidents.
Assist with the design and implementation of clinical and business solutions.
Analyze information required to make clinical and business decisions. Translate data into meaningful information.
Coordinate resource and project activities. Will be assigned as a project team leader on an as-needed basis.
Ongoing research of solutions and best practices.
Mentor and motivate other team members.
Demonstrate technical proficiency and be seen as an expert within assigned clinical and business functions.
Prioritize tasks and resources to achieve goals and model priorities for other team members.
Identify and pull together the appropriate individuals across teams, customer base, and leadership for collaboration on issues and projects.
Help Supervisor/Manager coordinate efforts to ensure the team achieves team and organizational goals and metrics.
Communicate effectively with management to provide technical and solution guidance.
Implement and lead integrated solutions for application-related technical and business issues with minimal oversight.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of related experience or 11 years of related experience
Successful analytical experience within a complex healthcare environment
Demonstrated IT success within field(s) of expertise
Higher level analytical and IT solution design skills
Evidence of informal supervisory ability
Preferred
Long Distance or air travel as needed not to exceed 10% of travel
