Responsibilities

Collects remediation plans from owners of IT hardware, software, or business applications which have reached EOL. Documents details in central repository.

Assists with analysis of end of life data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.

Assists with IT hardware, software, and business application end of life reporting based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.

Prepares or assists with documentation, including routine metrics and supporting narratives. Contributes to supporting procedures and job aids.

Leads by example, a forward thinker, and a lifelong student. Recognizes opportunities to mentor and to be mentored.

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics

Strong analytical skills. Includes a keen attention to detail and an ability to identify and interpret data trends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Includes ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the prioritization of multiple tasks.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Preferred

IT Asset Management experience. Knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or Configuration Management modules a plus.

Experience with Jira is a plus.

Familiarity of FFIEC and ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT a plus.
