Responsibilities

Collect remediation plans from owners of IT hardware, software, or business applications that have reached end of life and document details in a central repository

Assist with the analysis of end of life data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output

Contribute to IT hardware, software, and business application end of life reporting based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities

Prepare or assist with documentation, including routine metrics and supporting narratives

Lead by example, recognizing opportunities to mentor and be mentored

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics, or High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify and interpret data trends

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the prioritization of multiple tasks

Experience working in an agile environment; experience with Jira is a plus

Preferred

IT Asset Management experience; knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or Configuration Management modules is a plus

Familiarity with FFIEC and ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT
