Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to Ryder QA methodology on all projects under control.

Review and revise quality assurance objectives and processes, including defining and implementing the environment and infrastructure of quality assurance.

Participate in defining overall releases, engineering infrastructure, and quality metrics.

Create test data, test cases, and test execution for applications.

Staff, coordinate, and manage all QA Projects and a group of QA Testers.

Lead automation test teams, define test strategy, involve in architecting test automation best practices, and execute tests.

Enable automated testing in the context of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

Evaluate technical feasibility of testing solutions in a wide range of technology platforms.

Develop project scope of work for Quality Assurance, project plan & budget, and establish appropriate project milestones.

Manage resource allocation, project test planning and execution, and track project status and budget.

Communicate project status, address obstacles, and ensure adherence to quality standards and measurements.

Telecommute effectively as needed, ensure documentation completion before deployment, and coordinate post-implementation reviews.

Liaise with application or customer verticals, project management teams, and develop new processes and procedures for the test team.

Execute key metrics and reports for the QA team, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's degree Computer Science/Engineering/Technology

Seven (7) years or more experience Quality Assurance software testing

Experience in Quality Assurance, process and procedure experience with Test Plans and Test Scripts

PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA, Java/C#, Selenium, Appium, Webservices/API automation, SQL, CI/CD Integration, Git, Agile

Hands-on experience in C#/Javascript/ Java, Jmeter/Blazemeter/Performancecenter/Neoload/LoadRunner, HTTP protocols, Webservices/SOAP & REST, CICD with Cloud computing, APM Tools, ORACLE/SQL, Git, Agile

Preferred

Knowledge on Visual Testing, Accessibility testing
