Responsibilities

Identify and define business requirements based on input from users

Work on process flows, screen designs, and storyboarding for system design

Document business requirements and obtain approvals

Collaborate with various teams on design and development

Create and maintain product documentation like roadmaps, user stories, and use cases

Write test cases, conduct functional testing, and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Test solutions thoroughly for functionality and integrity

Write SQL queries and compile data and reports as needed

Manage requirements materials and provide Help Desk support as required

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields. Required

Experience As a BA/QA Analyst. Required 7 Years

Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and main Required 5 Years

Ability to work well with business unit SME's, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams. Required 5 Years

Extremely detail oriented, organized, structured, analytical, and logical, strong problem-solving skills Required 5 Years

Track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations, personal performance expectations, and achieving project goals. Required 5 Years

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.

7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.

Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
