3+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Experience using and working in Jira

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies

Ability to facilitate discussions with users and stakeholders to solicit and document software requirements

Ability to assist and support the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives

Ability to assist with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs

Ability to assist with conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs

Ability to provide management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans
