Responsibilities

Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements.

Define business problems and primary objectives of new projects, identify and validate key business requirements.

Lead business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.

Create techno-functional requirements in use cases, coordinate requirements walk-throughs and sign-offs.

Define project scope, goals, and establish communication channels.

Facilitate interactions between developers and module leads to ensure user needs are communicated.

Perform systems testing phase to ensure compliance with business users' requirements.

Facilitate interactions between RBDC and solution vendor to ensure user needs are communicated.

Ensure reliable and accurate data transfers from core systems.

Understand system architecture to recommend data integration with other systems.

Provide support from a tool and process expertise standpoint, collaborate with the team on new requests for data or features.
