Responsibilities
Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements.
Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects, identifying and validating key business requirements.
Lead business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
Create techno-functional requirements in use cases and coordinate requirements walk-throughs and sign-offs.
Define project requirements and communications to ensure final deliverables meet end users' expectations.
Facilitate interactions between developers, module leads, and solution vendors to ensure user needs are communicated and met.
Perform systems testing to ensure compliance with business users’ requirements and recommend data integration with other systems.
Provide support to the business from a tool and process expertise standpoint.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
5 + years of relevant experience.
Understanding and knowledge of architecture, application systems design and integration.
Ability to interact and communicate with senior leadership.
Successful execution of project methodology for IT projects.
Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
Viewed both internally and externally as a subject matter expert across multiple disciplines.
Manage critical communication pathways between IT, RBDC, and solution vendors.
Strongly versed with project management methodology to drive efforts to conclusion.
Preferred
SAP ERP / S4 experience and Supply chain experience is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $99,750 to $110250 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
