Responsibilities

Elicit functional & nonfunctional requirements using interviews, workflow analysis, requirements workshops, and surveys.

Develop analysis approach for medium or minimally complex efforts.

Collaborate with project team members to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs.

Establish trust with immediate delivery team members, business partners, and CRG partners.

Build knowledge within the team and know when to leverage a more experienced BA when needed.

Provide team facilitation for aligned project team with guidance.

Participate in the execution of quality assurance.

Required

1-5 years of IT or Financial Services industry experience including a minimum of 1 year Business Analysis experience.

B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred or combination of experience and education.

Financial industry experience preferred.

Knowledge of lean/agile practices is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is strongly preferred.

Exposure to data visualization techniques and SQL is preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience with Digital Marketing Technologies (Websites, Email, Social Media platforms.), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Web Content Management (CMS) platforms preferred.
