Responsibilities
Manage and enhance critical business software systems that support policy and claims management, agency management operations, accounting, advanced reporting and AI tools.
Analyze business processes, implement improvements, and deliver impactful solutions.
Lead system configuration, data analysis, and quality assurance while coordinating with third-party vendors to execute key initiatives.

Required
3+ years experience in a similar role.
Proficient in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and business process mapping.
Experience with database design, SQL, and data analysis to deliver actionable insights.
Familiarity with insurance-related systems, including policy and claims management and agency operations.
Familiarity with financial systems, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience in leading projects using methodologies such as Scrum or PMI best practices.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to execute initiatives.
Creative problem-solving abilities to improve operations, systems, and data flows.
Experience with emerging technologies such as AI tools, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and skilled at fostering collaboration.
Commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence in supporting underwriting and business teams.
Experience in training and mentoring users to ensure effective system usage.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver accurate and timely results.
Self-directed and motivated with a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
