Required
5 years of experience answering inbound phone calls in a call center environment.
At least 3 years of customer service or equivalent experience.
12 months of technical support experience (software preferred over hardware).
Willingness to work any days/hours the business requires (M-F 7am-11pm) up to 40 hours a week.
Reliable and high-speed internet and a quiet, uninterrupted, and private workspace. Shared spaces are not permitted.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Call Center Simulation Assessment
1 year of experience in a telecommuting role (preferred but not required).
