Responsibilities

• Chatbot Knowledge Base Development: Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise knowledge base articles to enhance chatbot functionality and user support.
• Content Optimization: Regularly review and update chatbot knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and relevance based on evolving technology, services, or user needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT support teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and align chatbot content with best practices.
• Chatbot Performance Enhancement: Work closely with automation and ServiceNow teams to optimize chatbot responses and user interactions.
• Platform Expansion: Assist with the integration of new domains, such as the OHR platform, into the chatbot system.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure clarity, consistency, and usability of chatbot content through robust validation processes.
• User Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for chatbot content creation and usage.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required

Strong background in IT support or related experience.
Exceptional writing and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate chatbot performance and knowledge base effectiveness.
A genuine interest in learning generative AI technologies and their applications in IT support.

Preferred

Experience with tools like ServiceNow is a plus but not required.
