Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for IT services, software licenses, hardware purchases, and maintenance agreements.
Ensure that contracts comply with hospital policies, federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and healthcare-specific legal requirements.
Maintain a repository of all IT contracts, track renewals, amendments, and expiration dates, ensuring timely action.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance with hospital standards.
Conduct vendor assessments and manage contract performance to ensure that all service agreements meet required performance and quality levels.
