Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects concurrently, including business, operational, and technical team members.
Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects using a formal project management methodology.
Adhere to all required processes and procedures, oversee client relations, and ensure service expectations are met.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, monitor project metrics, risks, and issues, and present project status to senior management and customers.

Required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading projects
Able to lead a project team of at least 20-30 team members
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required
Experience working in Sharepoint
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
Health Insurance industry experience
Experience in leading projects with technical, business and operational team members
Ability to present to groups of people
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
Experience working in PlanBlue
