Responsibilities
Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues.
Resolve usability problems on systems and equipment promptly.
Update and maintain work in a ticket-based tracking system.
Install, move, or remove computer equipment as needed for user physical transitions.
Escalate and coordinate issues to internal or external resources when necessary.
Provide user training on system access and usage.
Create internal documentation and end-user training materials.
Maintain corporate standards, follow departmental procedures, and document projects for Audit compliance.
Local travel required for onsite support.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology or related field
1-3 years of experience in Desktop Engineering Support in a Corporate IT environment
Technical training, certifications, or expertise with technologies such as Azure AD, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Windows10, Microsoft Exchange, Fortinet VPN, Site to Site VPN’s, IP Networking, Anti-Virus/Malware products, PowerShell Scripting, PC Imaging software, ticketing systems
Competencies in Apple, MAC, iPhone, iPad Experience
Excellent customer service skills, including written and oral communications
Ability to work quickly and professionally in a sometimes-stressful environment
Strong analysis, self-troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Accountable for work completion/documentation/timeliness
High degree of confidentiality when working with data and user information
Team-oriented
Preferred
