Responsibilities
Act as a thought leader, driving key IT initiatives and aligning them with organizational objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding decisions on secure and innovative technology solutions.
Partner with IT, engineering, sales, product development, and technical support teams to implement impactful solutions.
Collaborate with engineers to design and implement secure, scalable product concepts that meet customer needs.
Define and uphold technical standards and best practices to ensure alignment across internal teams and customers.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Serve as an educator and thought partner for internal teams, empowering them with technical knowledge and insights.
Deliver technical guidance to both internal stakeholders and customers, enhancing their understanding of secure software practices.
Demonstrate domain expertise in software security, driving best practices and ensuring robust security measures across all projects.
Establish and enforce secure software development frameworks to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyber threats.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 12 years of experience in code development and engineering, with extensive experience designing secure, scalable software solutions
Deep knowledge of secure software development frameworks and methodologies to safeguard against cyber threats and vulnerabilities
Proven expertise in software security principles, secure product design, and secure coding practices
Familiarity with modern architecture frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps methodologies
Strong understanding of tools and techniques to detect and mitigate cyber risks and recover from incidents effectively
Exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and educate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proven success in leading technical teams and fostering a collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and functions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic initiatives that drive business success
A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
