Responsibilities

Lead the creation and evolution of the enterprise architecture program/function, defining the enterprise architecture program and strategy.
Facilitate the creation of governance, assurance and standards to guide Enterprise Architecture decision making.
Plan and lead the development of technology platform strategies, roadmaps, SOPs, and future state architectures aligned to business objectives and IT goals.
Create enterprise architecture designs and blueprints for IT platforms, solutions, data and security architecture for various business domains.
Collaborate with IAEA technical teams on enterprise, domain, data, solution, security and integration architecture to produce optimal designs for corporate platforms and solutions.
Monitor and assesses delivered products and projects from a technical point of view, ensuring solutions technical approaches and development methods are sound, practical, scalable, and sustainable over time. Collaborate and provide technical expertise to IAEA technical teams on enterprise, domain, data, solution, security, and integration architecture to produce optimal designs for corporate platforms and solutions and information security teams to ensure platforms architecture follows information security standards and policies.
Communicate, influence and drive consensus among stakeholders ensuring IT initiatives align with Enterprise Architecture strategy and contributes to immediate and long-term objectives.
Lead analysis of the organization's future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environments and recommend solutions for improvement and driving the business value.
Research and assess technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable business needs.

Required

Advanced university degree in Computer Science or another relevant field. A first-level university degree in a relevant field with two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
Minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience in information technology, in areas such as Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or similar, including at least three years of experience as Systems Integrator or Enterprise/Solutions Architect.
Experience in multiple IT disciplines such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment.
Ability to translate business and organizational needs into EA requirements.
Knowledge of business ecosystems, as a software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Apps and Dynamics, Oracle ERP, and ServiceNow.
Excellent oral and written command of English.

Preferred

International accredited or recognized Enterprise Architecture Certification such as TOGAF.
International accredited or recognized IT Control Certification such as COBIT.
International accredited or recognized IT Service Management Certification such as ITIL.
International accredited or recognized Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
