IT Enterprise CRM Engineer III

Responsibilities
Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of multiple enterprise CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce).
Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of the enterprise CRM systems meet or exceed organizational needs.
Design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions and integrations with other enterprise applications in collaboration with other business units and clients. Utilize CRM APIs, scripting languages, and middleware tools to achieve seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Manage CRM related projects from conception through deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders from business operations to gather requirements, create project plans, develop solutions to their specifications, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators. Provide ongoing support and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and maximize CRM utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM application issues including performance bottlenecks, system errors, and data discrepancies. Implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence and improve system stability.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to CRM systems and processes. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the CRM ecosystem.
Ensure CRM applications comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards. Implement and manage access controls, data protection measures, and audit trails.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and developers. Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required
B.S. Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is REQUIRED.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce: 5+ years
Application development experience in mid/large organizations: 3+ years
Effective communication (both written and verbal), organizational, presentation and execution skills required.
Strong interactive problem solving, decision-making, and organizational leadership skills.
Motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task in support of multiple initiatives with stakeholders in different business areas.
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
