Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support to associates, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Collaborate with the Service Desk team to address escalations, share knowledge, and ensure effective resolution of technical issues.
Install and maintain IT hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals) and software applications for on-site locations.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Work with IT teams to address complex technical issues and identify root causes.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles (KBAs) to streamline issue resolution for team members.
Provide proactive updates to end-users, ensuring transparency throughout the incident lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze recurring issues to recommend long-term solutions and system enhancements.
Follow ITIL best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Support IT service continuity by participating in business continuity planning and testing.

Required
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure AD, On-Prem Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
Experience with IT Service Management tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to perform hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Service Desk team and end-users in a customer-focused environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues in a dynamic, on-site work environment.
Strong documentation management and organizational skills.
A dedication to providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure, and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
Frequent on-site travel within the local area to provide support at multiple locations.
Ability to lift and carry IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing while resolving technical issues on-site.
Primarily on-site at various company locations, with occasional remote work as needed.
Collaborative and team-oriented IT environment focused on providing exceptional service.
Fast-paced and dynamic setting, requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.
Local travel during the business day is frequent, with occasional out-of-area travel.
