Responsibilities

Analyze hardware asset data and creating reports.
Execute reconciliation by comparing license entitlements with discovered hardware installations to determine effective license position for in-scope publishers.
Analyze reconciliation reports to determine required actions to address non-compliant hardware installations.
Manage the remediation of non-compliant hardware installations.
Provide timely and accurate data during the software contract renewal process
Analyze hardware usage reports and recommend removal for infrequently used hardware
Collect data and report on the effectiveness of the hardware asset management processes
Identify requirements to modify HAM processes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software asset management or a related role.
Knowledge of hardware licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in hardware asset management tools (Flexera/ServiceNow) and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSAM, ITIL) are a plus.
