Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls in a call center environment.
Resolve level 0 issues and escalate when necessary.
Manage password reset requests.
Assist with multi-factor authentication (MFA) registration issues.
Triage and prioritize tickets based on decision trees:
Verify incidents (e.g., collecting data, screenshots, or examples).
Classify and correctly prioritize incidents for further action.

Prior help desk experience.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
A+ Certification (desired but not required).
