Responsibilities
This is a tier 1-2 technical support role.
Technicians will be averaging 20-30 calls per day.
Calls will be supporting internal customers.
This person will be the primary source of technology assistance.
Calls include - Password resets, network troubleshooting, anything all the way up to computer replacement.
Utilize ServiceNow.

Required
1-2+ years of previous tier 1/2 level helpdesk experience
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a collaborate environment in a diverse group of people
Preferred
A+ or Google IT Certificate is a plus
Service Now experience is preferred
Previous remote experience is preferred
