Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio IT infrastructure projects and advisory engagements, ensuring requirements are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Utilize extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to guide and support project implementations and migrations.

Oversee endpoint, identity, and security projects, including design, configuration, testing, and roll-out phases.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Provide consulting-level services to clients, helping them maximize the value of their product investments.

Lead cross-functional teams internally and externally, fostering collaboration and ensuring project goals are met.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure projects.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance customer value.

Develop comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing projects or programs centered on IT infrastructure and transitioning on-prem services to cloud technologies.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its applications.

Strong understanding of endpoint management and migration.

Excellent project management skills, with a focus on customer service and consulting.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to leverage AI to get work done better and faster.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Capable of following PMO process for delivery projects and programs.
