Responsibilities

Lead a team of application developers and analysts responsible for the development and support of our Direct and Agency Quoting Data Warehouses

Guide projects of various governance types with in-depth knowledge and expertise

Conduct research develop new technology capabilities in alignment with our strategic vision

Build run-the-business (RTB) projects to ensure the architecture remains current and efficient

Conduct quality gate and code reviews to uphold code standards and best practices
