Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10-15 associate project managers supporting our Corporate (Finance, HR, Legal, Real Estate) business area

Coordinate the performance and quality of all projects in the portfolio

Develop high-trust consultative relationships with partners

Oversee the career progression of your team through coaching and mentoring

Empower your team to enhance their project management skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery.

Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted.

Preferred

Deep knowledge of project management methods and experience in project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Strong risk management and critical thinking skills to identify risks and implement effective mitigation steps, ensuring project and portfolio delivery results.

Proven experience in quickly building strong relationships and influencing across the organization.

Proven track record of lean leadership, leadership development, rewarding excellent performance and the ability to navigate performance improvement situations.

Proven track record as a direct manager of people.
