Responsibilities

Lead a team of agile delivery owners, developers, quality assurance analysts, system test engineers, and business systems analysts

Sponsor key initiatives that directly impact our customers and Progressive’s bottom line

Participate in strategic planning for the customer relationship management agency expansion and digital communication efforts

Partner with various IT areas to bring these visions to life regarding the implementation of live chat, representative email and knowledge management solutions utilizing Salesforce financial service Cloud based products
