Responsibilities

Manage a team of contract negotiators who are responsible for contract negotiations, approvals and renewals and purchases of IT goods and services from operational sourcing vendors

Collaborate with the Software Compliance office to manage software compliance risk and spend

Provide guidance to staff on sourcing and contract management processes, including performance measurements and continuous improvements

Make employment decisions, manages performance, compensation and reward planning, and employee development

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) and minimum two years of related work experience managing business or IT professionals and minimum eight years of related work experience in a business analysis, contract administration or vendor management function.

In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years of related work experience managing business or IT professionals and minimum eight years of related work experience in a business analysis, contract administration or vendor management function may be accepted.
