Responsibilities

Oversee IT systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Lead the helpdesk team in providing timely, effective support to end-users, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

Employee lifecycle management.

Proactively diagnose and address technical issues, minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.

Drive continuous improvements to streamline workflows, enhance resource allocation, and automate processes.

Manage vendor relationships, aligning business needs with technical capabilities.

Collaborate with department leaders to recommend and implement IT solutions that advance organizational goals.

Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices, including HIPAA compliance and data protection protocols.

Support risk management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning to protect systems and maintain operational resilience.

Translate technical information into clear, actionable steps for non-technical teams.

Maintain thorough documentation for IT processes, policies, and guidelines to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.

Required

4-5 years of IT management or related experience, ideally in digital health, tech, or startup environments.

Expertise in Mac systems, in-depth knowledge of MDM solutions (JAMF) Okta (IAM and SSO), and SaaS-based apps Jira Cloud, Slack, 1Password, and Google Workspace.

Proven track record in implementing new systems, scaling solutions, and improving IT processes.

Knowledge of IT security principles, including access control, encryption, and HIPAA compliance.
