Responsibilities

Manage, mentor and perform evaluations for direct reports.

Manage IT projects and tasks assigned to direct reports.

Serve as the lead AWS administrator in licensing, configuring, securing and supporting a small AWS VPC, EC2 (Windows), S3, Cloudwatch, Backup & Workspaces (Windows) environment.

Serve as the lead Google Workspace administrator in licensing, configuring, securing and supporting Google Workspace accounts and resources.

Serve as the lead Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud administrator in licensing, configuring, securing and supporting JSM.

Manage the staging/kitting (currently done internally) inventory and imaging of 400 remote windows systems.

Serve as escalation contact for support requests.

Handle special projects as requested.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

All other duties as assigned.
